Let’s work together in the fight against COVID-19.

Your role

1: Take a 3D Virtual Tour

If you want to scout the space, but do not want to make the trip over, you can check out our 3D virtual reality walkthrough. If you need to see something specific, we’re happy to FaceTime with you and walk around the space at your direction.

2: Wear A Mask!
This is the easiest and most effective thing we can do to protect each other. For this reason, we ask that all cast and crew wear some sort of face covering when in the building.

3: Physical Distance
We know it’s hard to collaborate from afar, but staying at least six feet apart is another easy thing we can all do to help prevent infections.

The studio had folding tables that can be placed around the space so that cast and crew can stay socially distant during meals.

4: Sick? Stay Home
We ask that anyone who’s been sick in the last 14 days, or been in contact with anyone who has, to stay home. We reserve the option to temperature test anyone on set with a non-contact thermometer. If the result is over 101º, they will be asked to head home.

our role

1: Deep Cleaning
Before you and your crew arrives, we will wipe down and thoroughly clean and disinfect the studio, bathrooms, kitchen, communal surfaces, and any in-house EQ.

2: Intermittent Cleaning
Our staff will periodically walk through the space wiping down common touch areas — light switches, door handles, sink knobs, etc. If you have specific needs/concerns related to this, let us know and we’ll work with you.

3: PPE Available
We have surgical masks and nitrile gloves available for anyone who needs them at no charge. However, we kindly ask visitors to please bring their own.

4: Sanitation Stations
We have set up sanitation stations with alcohol-based hand sanitizer, wipes and disinfectant spray for your use throughout the day.

5: Max Capacity
Currently (Phase IV) we can host productions of up to 25 people. Fortunately, with 5,000 square feet of space, there’s ample room cast and crew to maintain a safe distance.
